What is the deadline for registration?
We prefer to receive registrations as early as possible however registrations are usually accepted up to 2 days before the seminar.

Can I pay on the day?
We prefer payment to be sent prior to the seminar however payment is also usually accepted on the day for all our courses except our Immigration Training and CPD Courses, where payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event.

Can I get an invoice sent to me so that I can arrange payment?
We do prefer payment to come in the first instance with the registration form but if you cannot process payment without an invoice then just post or fax the registration form and we will process it and send you an invoice.

What is your postal address?
CLE, Faculty of Law, UNSW Sydney NSW 2052 is all you need to put on the envelope.

Are papers available for past seminars?
Papers are available for more than 90% of our past seminars, going back to 2000. Just fill in the registration form and tick ‘I cannot attend but please send me the papers’ and send it in with your payment and we will send you out a copy most times within a week.

What is the turaround time for registration confirmation?
The vast majority of our registrations are processed within three days. It is usually also possible to register the day before a seminar, however please try to register before this if you can!

How many CLE points is a seminar worth?
You get one CLE point per hour of attendance at a seminar, subtracting the morning tea and lunch breaks if applicable. You can round 45minutes up to one hour. Can I obtain CLE points from buying a paper?
No. You have to actually attend the seminar in order to receive points. There are other ways to receive CLE points other than attending seminars including speaking at one of our seminars! If you would like to speak at one of our seminars, please click on ‘Become a Speaker’ on our home page.

Will I get CLE/CPD points for presenting a paper?
Yes! This can be a very effective way of obtaining points.
