We prefer payment to be sent prior to the seminar.

Can I get invoices sent to me so that I can arrange payment?

We do prefer payment to come in the first instance with the registration form, but if you cannot process payment without an invoice please post or fax the registration form and we will register you and send you an invoice that can be sent to your accounts to forward a cheque.

You get one CLE point per hour of attendance at a seminar, subtracting the morning tea and lunch breaks if applicable. You can round 45minutes up to one hour. Most of our half day seminars are worth 4 CLE points. Contact the NSW Law Society MCLE Officer on 9926 0333.

Can I obtain CLE points from buying a paper?

No. You have to attend the seminar in order to claim points, one unit for each hour of attendance. There are other ways to receive CLE points other than attending seminars including speaking at one of our seminars! If you would like to speak at one of our seminars, please click on ‘Become a Speaker’ on our home page.

Will I get CLE/CPD points for presenting a paper?

Yes! This can be a very effective way of obtaining points.
